Four hours in the museum and my kids were reluctant to leave! Jenna said the best part was the bank; tennis balls and cranks and tunnels are used to illustrate deposits and withdrawals. Elizabeth liked the waterworks area, while Elisha was fascinated by the light displays (strobes, waves and tons of other hands-on displays). David spent a lot of time in the fire truck and ambulance (real ones), and I loved the huge bubble machines. Admission is $6 adults, $4 kids-- however, they have a non-exclusion policy: no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Swallow your pride and pay what you can, even if it's a dollar per child. You don't want to miss this one. |
